Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the datingappzodiac.com website and the Zodiac waitlist (the "Service"), operated by Zodiac Group LC ("Zodiac," "we," "us," or "our"), a Michigan limited liability company. By joining the waitlist or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms cover the website and waitlist only. The Zodiac mobile app, when released, will have its own Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use this Service. By joining, you represent that you are 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 has joined the waitlist, we will remove their entry.
The Waitlist
Joining the waitlist reserves your interest in Zodiac and lets us notify you about launch and early access. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, does not guarantee access to the app, and does not obligate you to use Zodiac when it launches. You may leave the waitlist at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Referral Program
When you join the waitlist, you receive a personal referral link. If three (3) friends join the waitlist through your link, you will earn one (1) free month of Zodiac Premium, redeemable when the Zodiac app launches.
Referral program conditions:
- Referred friends must be new, unique individuals who are 18 or older. Each email address counts once.
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, disposable or fake email addresses, bots, scripts, purchased signups, or any other artificial means of inflating referral counts are prohibited.
- We reserve the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards, and to remove waitlist entries, where we reasonably believe fraud or abuse has occurred.
- The free month of Premium has no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and is redeemable only within the Zodiac app after launch. If the app does not launch, no compensation is owed for unredeemed rewards.
- We may modify or end the referral program at any time; rewards already earned under these Terms will be honored at launch.
No Guarantees About the App
Zodiac is in active development. Any features, pricing, screenshots, launch timing, or descriptions shown on this website are previews and may change or be removed before launch. We do not guarantee that the app will launch on any particular date, in any particular market, or at all.
Intellectual Property
The Zodiac name, wordmark, logo, website design, text, graphics, and all other content on this Service are the property of Zodiac Group LC and are protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. ZODIAC™ is a trademark of Zodiac Group LC (application pending). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Service without our prior written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service; or (e) abuse the referral program as described above.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zodiac Group LC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Termination
We may remove any waitlist entry or restrict access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or as required by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us at the email below so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
